Apostle Dr. Ruth Mobley is a highly sought after anointed and powerful woman after Gods own heart. This Kingdom Ambassador is best described as a spiritual warfare and deliverance specialist, a prophetic intercessor, and passionate worshipper. Born a native of Nassau, Bahamas to Overseer Henry & Olive Eldon, she had her first encounter with the Lord at the early age of 8 years old.

Running from the call of God and being drawn to a life in the fast lane has afforded Dr. Mobley the opportunity to effectively minister to people on all levels from every walk of life.

At the age of 22, Dr. Mobley gave her life to the Lord. She kept herself in prayer and fasting waiting on her kingdom assignment. Since then, she has served in many capacities in ministry. In 1998, she was ordained as an Evangelist taking the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the street corners. In 2004 she was ordained to be a Pastor at Reaching Higher Full Gospel Ministries, under the leadership of her mother, Overseer Olive Eldon. In 2006 she was consecrated to the office of Prophetess by Chief Apostle Prophet Michael D. Long.

In 2012 she was affirmed to be an Apostle of the Lord's Church by Chief Apostle Dr. Jerry L. Godbolt, D.D. TH. D. for the perfecting of the saints, the work of the ministry and the edifying of the Body of Christ. Dr. Mobley has received numerous honors and awards, including an Associates and master's degree in Christian Education from Five-Fold Ministry School of Theology and Doctor of Divinity Degree from Smith's Christian University in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Dr. Mobley now serves as the Senior Pastor of Reaching Higher Full Gospel Ministries in Bradenton, Florida and the CEO of Ruth Mobley Ministries International. Dr. Mobley is married to Brother Paul Mobley; the couple has 7 beautiful children and 13 grandchildren. This gift to the Body of Christ is committed to Kingdom Excellence and Ministerial Integrity. Her lifestyle of consecration is a testament to her calling.
